For all bookings made more than 30 days in advance, we require a 50% deposit upon booking and collect the balance due 30 days prior to check-in. For bookings made within 30 days of the stay, we collect 100% at the time of booking.  All deposits are refundable if the guest cancels their reservation within 3 days of booking. Thereafter the booking is final, non-changeable and all deposits are non-refundable.  Furthermore, all bookings made within 10 days of the stay are final.

Yes! Guests pay us directly for cleaning fees and we pay housekeepers.

A housekeeping job is intended to prepare a home for a guest stay. This includes but is not limited to cleaning all surfaces, handling the laundry and dishes, preparing outdoor/common areas, and thoroughly cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. There are additional housekeeping needs required to keep a home in pristine condition. This will be done through a deep clean, required at all Divine By The Beach homes at least twice a year.

A vast majority of our reservations are made directly online through a process called “instant book”. This is where a guest is able to agree to the cost and confirm availability of a home online.  If everything matches their expectations then they can process payment and secure a reservation with the click of a button. We also take reservations over the phone and have a dedicated team to answer any questions should a guest inquire before booking. Most guests want little to no interaction when booking their upcoming vacation. They want to choose the best property that meets their needs and confirm the reservation without having to coordinate with a third party. For that reason, we make sure that all of our listings are accurate and up to date and staff our guest experience team 24/7 to answer any questions.

Guests are not allowed to order additional services that are not included with the rental unit. If this feature is not locked and a guest completes this transaction on their own, we will recoup the funds after the fact.

Each guest that books with Divine By The Beach is required to purchase a minimum $1,500 damage waiver. A standard in the property management.

Generally, a good rule of thumb is that well-maintained, durable items in good working condition, that are damaged as a result of a guest’s actions are covered.  The damage waiver is intended to replace broken or damaged items that resulted from a guest making a mistake.
